Terms and Conditions

3. Membership credit has to be purchased 1 month prior to the first appointment date. Not applicable for existing cashback or other monthly promotion redemption.
4. No added charge for doorstep service within Klang Valley except for areas like Semenyih, Rawang, Genting, Bangi, Kajang, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya. 
5. Bookings subject to availability of PROs. Pre-book slots or reminders will be conducted in advance based on your usual schedule. 
6. Full upfront payment must be made to be eligible under the Duchess program.
7. Not refundable after full payment is made
8. In view of pandemic lockdowns, credits validity will be extended.
