Covid-19 Prevention Policy

The health and well-being of both our professionals and clientele is our utmost priority, as such we will be conducting stringent controls and regular checks to ensure all protection gears are ready and professionals to practice personal hygiene always—not just during this Movement Control Order, but as daily practice.

As we focus on providing service at home, we believe this will minimise the risk of being at crowded places. However, we will not let our guard down and will include Covid-19 prevention policies into our standard operation procedure. This is to ensure that the health and safety of everyone are protected. 

Effortless plays an important role in collecting history information from all parties to ensure sufficient records are available as and when requested by government or local health bodies. We call on all parties to cooperate with our team to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

What is the PCR Test?

1. The Gold standard of Covid-19 testing

2. For official clearance purposes & before flying to another country

3. Results within 48 hours

4. Two swabs and processed in a lab

When should you take it? -If you have symptoms of Covid-19 infection, have a history of travelling to a red zone or have some contact or was in an area with a Covid-19 positive case but have not been contacted by any government health official

What is the RTK Antigen Test?

1.Results can be ready in 15-30 minutes

2. One nasal swab and processed on the spot

3. When should you take it?

Can be done for peace of mind because you don’t want to be a carrier of the virus and infect relatives or friends

4. You must not be under PUI (Person Under Investigation) status

5. You do not have symptoms / no travel history to known red zone areas / no distant contact with Covid-19 positive patient

All Covid test will be conducted by certified nurse from Care Concierge.

Who is Care Concierge?

CARE Concierge provides Nurses, Therapists and Caregivers to the home for post-hospitalisation recovery and elderly care supported by our proprietary technology platform.

How to book

✔️ Read the description and important notice: “Kindly ensure that your MySejahtera app status is not under PUI (Person Under Investigation) or PUS (Person Under Surveillance) status. If it is, kindly contact KKM for further action.”
✔️ Select your appointment date by choosing from the drop-down calendar.
✔️ Select your preferred Time Slot (Hourly Basis)
Note1: Screening Center Operation Hour is from 9:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday to Saturday)
Note2: If certain dates or time slots are not available for selection, it means that the booking for the day / that particular time slot is full.
✔️ Select preferred test type (RTK / PCR)

Both professionals and customers will be given a survey form to fill in prior to service appointment. The following information will be required:

  • IC number
  • If you're experiencing flu or fever symptoms
  • Travel history from last 3 months 
  • If any of your close friends or family members have been tested positive with Covid-19. 


Effortless will only assign professionals that are not experiencing flu or having fever symptoms.

Effortless to conduct checks if professional have protection gears ready such as mask, gloves and hand sanitiser. Only professionals that meet these criterias will be allowed to go for service appointments.

All tools will be cleaned and sanitised prior to appointment.

Effortless will provide an option to our customers to purchase your own tool kit so that you don't have to share with other customers. Customers can keep your own tools at home so it can be used during your next appointment.

If the professional or customer is sneezing or is coughing 1 day prior to pre-booked appointment, please inform Effortless and we will reschedule or cancel your appointment without any penalty. 

Contactless payment

All payment must be paid full online before we can assign artist. Please proceed to book services online and choose your preferred payment option via ipay88 (credit card or bank transfer option) or Paypal payment. 

During appointment

Before entering your home, professionals must be wearing mask.

If customers have their own thermometer, please do a check before allowing professionals to enter home.

Request permission to wash hands immediately with hand soap. Wash for at least 20 secs with proper cleaning from the front to back of hands. Wipe dry, sanitise hands and immediately wear gloves.

Customer to wear mask and sanitise hands before the start of service.

If either one of you suddenly sneeze, please do so in covered hands or elbow. Monitor the situation and do not face each other directly. Should either one of you feel any discomfort, please inform Effortless immediately. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment to another date. 

Here are the practices that both our professionals and customers should follow to help prevent the spread of Covid-19: 


Provide accurate information: If you are sneezing or having fever symptoms, you are not allowed to go for service appointment. It is your responsibility to inform the company. 
Disinfection: Proper cleaning and disinfection are mandatory at all times. Clean and wipe down all parts of tools and boxes with antibacterial wipes or sanitiser spray. 
Mask: Wear mask before entering customer's home. 
Wash your Hands: Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds to help prevent the spread of germs. Wash hands before and after every client, after eating, using the restroom, and after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. Bring along a 60% alcohol-based hand sanitiser, and during service appointment.
Stay Home: Try to keep your immune system strong—lots of vitamin C, restful sleep, and drink ample water. 



    Provide accurate information: If you are sneezing or having fever symptoms, please do not proceed with service appointments. Should our professionals report that you are experiencing such conditions during the service appointments, your appointment will reschedule to another date with extra fees. Please do us a favour by informing us before the professional start her journey to your house. 
    Disinfection: Proper cleaning and disinfection of the home space. 
    Mask: Wear mask before the start of the service. 
    Wash your Hands: Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds to help prevent the spread of germs. Wash your hands before and after every service appointments, after eating, using the restroom, and after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. 
    Stay Home: Try to keep your immune system strong—lots of vitamin C, restful sleep, and drink ample water.
