Refund and Return Policy
Refund of Service
No refund will be applicable once order is purchase online. All service purchase is deemed confirmed once payment is made via website. User can defer appointment date or request to transfer service to other names. We grant refund on case to case basis only, in the event if there's unsatisfied service experience due to unforeseen circumstances, no-show artist or any other reason beyond our control.
Use of Vouchers/Promo Code
It is user's responsibility to enter promo code that is applicable within validity period. New promo codes will not be regenerated for expired ones. Promo codes are generated per campaign basis. No cancellation of order of refund of service will be applicable if user did not use promo code at certain period of time.
Membership Reward Points
All reward points exchangeable to discount voucher or product redeemable will be kept in your account. Unused reward points will be applicable for next service or product purchase. Redeemable items or vouchers are subject to terms and condition by the company. The company reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time according to reasonable rewards for the purpose of customer loyalty.
Exchange of Product
Any request for exchange has to notify EFFORTLESS no later than 3 days upon received product.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be defective upon receiving, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photo of defective item email to firstname.lastname@example.org
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, we will dispatch out a new item in good condition to you.
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts will not be application for return.
Return Shipping of Product

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable, provided your return item is approved. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.
You must provide the receipt for return shipping in order for us to refund you the amount of money.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over RM100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
